Texas Concrete Overlay Solutions was contacted by us in 2024 and again in 2026 for quotes on a home project. We received a quote in 2024 but ask them to come back out for an estimate in 2026 after the scope of the job had changed. They came out, we discussed the project, they took pictures, and we were told to expect a quote within a few days. Since then, we have contacted the company through text, messenger, and by phone. Absolutely NO RESPONSE from them. If you don’t want to accept the job then at least have the courtesy t... read more

We have Texas Concrete Overlay Solutions do our overlay around our new pool because they had done the concrete. Mr. Blanco encouraged us to have the overlay applied. He not only did the area around the pool, but the talked us into the complete patio. Then he also did out front porch. We ended up spending 11K on the project. We had to call him back a couple of time at the beginning and he had someone come fix the issues. No that we are 4 years down the road, we have called him back for some large cracks. He gave us a 5 year w... read more

My first experience with Octavio went well, the process went well. Then when I needed my rail fixed and more caulking applied to the joints he avoided my calls for 1 month. I had to text Octavio from a different number and tell him I was interested in a quote, he called me back within 30 seconds not knowing it was me. He showed up later that week and fixed railing. He said he was going to come and caulk the joints later that week and now he is not answering my calls or texts again. Horrible experience with Texas Overlays out... read more

I wish I had never responded to an ad to apply concrete to my stone pool deck. Their own website claims to keep a cool surface - even in the Summer. Well it doesn't and the company agreed that they made my pool deck dangerous to the touch so their counsel instructed them to redo most of the project because they were confident they would lose in court. Before they started removal and reinstall I suggested they do a heat-test spot to ensure the same outcome doesn't occur again. They did not listen and I have the same dangerous... read more

The team installed 2000 sq ft of patio and pool deck. Within 9 months, a series of cracks and fissures formed. Repeated attempts were made to re-engage the company to conduct the repair work but they have now failed to respond for over 3 months.
