If I could give a 0 I would. Carl and Chris dropped the ball on this one. Construction company running a rock crusher and stripping limestone down 11’ from the surface over a 4 acre plot in my backyard. There’s limestone dust and debris everywhere. I sent them daily photos, videos and comments of the site and my property for 3 months. They state that they couldn’t find evidence of this construction project causing the damages and limestone dust is a 1A carcinogen. I find their decision in error. How could you approve Elon Musk disposing of toxic waste into wetlands in south Texas? Is there any toxic waste that you won't allow people to dump? Any toxic particulate you won't allow "developers" to release into the air? But poisoning a rare and beautiful ecosystem and its resident animals is a new low. For shame.
