These guys were great up until the point they were paid and then they never responded again. I hired them to install a completely new HVAC on my second story and picked them because I appreciated the owner of the company coming to my house to quote it out and explain my best options to me, even if they weren't the cheapest option. They finished the installation, collected payment and then have ignored my calls and texts for 2 months. They damaged my front door and were supposed to come back and fix it and never did. They apparently hire reckless drivers. One of their drivers cut me off on University Blvd, flicked me off, just for us to sit at the same red light. Then continued to tailgate the car in front of me and swerve in and out of his lane. He looked crusty with a long uncombed beard

Billed me for services they did not perform (see highlights in attached invoice) and tried to sell me 3 Ecobee Thermostats for triple what the MSRP is that weren't even needed to fix the problem (see attached quote). Many 5 star reviews are from accounts with single digit review counts which is very suspicious.

Mr. Taylor an A/C technician with Texas Comfort Air - Heating came out to do routine spring maintenance of my heating cooling system. He was very professional, efficient, thorough and did an excellent job. He was also pleasant and gave me a detailed report of his findings and work when he finished. Great job!
