Dr Hurley and his entire staff is one of the most compassionate doctors out there. He did my ostomy reversal. I was horrified when I had to get one. My quality of life went way down, because I was afraid to go in public with the bag attached to my belly. It had burst a couple times so humiliating. Facing any type of surgical or invasive procedure especially involving any anesthesia can be jarring for anyone as it was for me . I previously consulted a GI and left feeling apprehensive but when I sought and met with Dr. Hurley the Time spent talking to him albeit limited really set me at ease.
