She says good morning and I reply, then I waited for her to say - how can I help you-, but didn't say anything for a few seconds and then she made the question with attitude on her tone.... I just told her, I'll call someone else... the first experience sets the ride of the boat... I'll take my business elsewhere, no thank you ... NEXT!!!
