Scheduled an appointment for Arlington, was never told the Arlington location was under construction until the day of the appointment. Two thumbs down on communication.
I've never been there before then all of a sudden this week I got to charge for $25 out of nowhere very strange and now they won't reply to my messages of why that happened there's been no communication it's only been silenced and I don't even do this to my patients
Front desk people were very kind. But the nurse practitioner Maureen, was extremely rude. She was rushing me all the time and didn't listen to my concerns. I do not reccomend to visit this place and be treated by her
This place is a disaster. After completing all required paperwork and following the colonoscopy prep exactly as instructed, we arrived—only to find out my husband wasn’t even on the schedule. On top of that, the surgical center was out of network, something they never disclosed. We were blindsided and forced to pay out of pocket for his procedure.
