New Had a colonoscopy and hemorrhoid band procedure done by Dr Matthews. When I went to have my follow up due to still having irritation and pain where the hemorrhoid was banded I was told that I’d have to deal with the nerve sensitivity issue Or I could have a surgery that is just horrifically painful (per the doctors description) I was given no direction on how to help the pain. She is not compassionate and has a dry bedside manner. I do believe Dr Matthews just likes to perform surgeries (not that great at it) and doesn’t... read more
Dr. Matthews is incredible and comforting, and her staff is very warm and friendly. They all made me feel seen and heard, and at peace in a stressful moment. I highly recommend her to anyone and the negative commentary sincerely baffles me.
Dr. Matthews is wonderful! I have had to see her quite a few times over the past year. She takes her time and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed. Her staff is very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend them!
I wish l had seen that one review before going there ... Indeed they are terrible terrible.
