Scheduled me on the wrong day and time and took no accountability.
Highly recommended! After a cancer diagnosis, I was referred to Dr. Simmang and had a very invasive, difficult surgery (for both me and the surgeons), followed by a second surgery a few months later. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Simmang, the other surgeons, and the office staff! Everyone is caring and professional. I received excellent care, and as a result of the two successful surgeries, the chances of my cancer recurring are very small. Amazing job - thank you for saving my life!
I went to see Dr. Lowney in absolute agony. She was so kind, professional and compassionate. My problem ended up being severe enough to require emergency surgery. Dr. Lowney admitted me to the hospital and did surgery the next day. She called me personally the day after I got out of the hospital to check on me. She sent me an adequate amount of pain medicine to get me through 2 weeks of extremely painful recovery. She's absolutely one of the best doctors I've ever had. Dr Simang and his staff are awesome!! I had bad hemroids , and he fixed me 100 perfect. The staff always answers the phone after surgery too answer questions. I highly recommend these people . I have absolutely nothing bad too say everything when perfect.
Being in pain for over six months, back and forth to urgent care, and one specialist already, I was happy to have been sent to see Dr. Lowney (specialist) at Texas Colon and Rectal (Grapevine). The front office staff are very friendly and the waiting area is clean and spacious.
