Dr Simang and his staff are awesome!! I had bad hemroids , and he fixed me 100 perfect. The staff always answers the phone after surgery too answer questions. I highly recommend these people . I have absolutely nothing bad too say everything when perfect.
Being in pain for over six months, back and forth to urgent care, and one specialist already, I was happy to have been sent to see Dr. Lowney (specialist) at Texas Colon and Rectal (Grapevine). The front office staff are very friendly and the waiting area is clean and spacious. They've always been on time with appointments as well, which, for me, eases the anxiousness having to even go in. 😉 Dr. Lowney's nursing assistant is also very personable. I’m still overwhelmed by the care I have received from this office. Really can’t say enough good things about the staff and their kindness. Dr Simmang went above and beyond to see that I was cared for with passion and concern for my well being.
Had an issue and was fortunate enough to get an appointment for the next morning, due to a cancellation. As we all know, colo-rectal issues are embarrassing, uncomfortable, and (can) cause a great deal of anxiety. Jennifer, at the front desk, was super nice, very friendly, and helpful. I'm not sure I would be here today if it wasn't for Dr Clifford Simmang and his team. He recently removed cancer tumors from my appendix and colon. I was praying before the surgery and when I met Dr Simmang I instantly knew he was a man of faith and I didn't want anyone else operating. He explained everything in detail and then during the colon surgery found the appendix cancer and removed it.
