Dr Dwyer and staff were worth the 3 & 1/2 hour drive for second opinion. He listen to my concerns and agreed that the opinion I got from first surgeon to remove sigmoid colon was drastic for 84 year old woman. He let me know when I couldn't manage my prolapse he had a less drastic procedure. I will also consider his recommunication for colonoscopy for cancer detection. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a Doctor that is upbeat, knowledgeable, and kind to make the trip to his office.
Went with my youngest daughter for a second opinion. First time in 1.5 years my daughter actually got a proper diagnosis. Dr. Dwyer was upbeat, a little humorous. Office was welcoming and easy to find. Parking was horrible so arrive early if you aren’t using the valet service.
We were pleased with Dr. Phillips. He made us feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I would refer family and friends to this office.
I am so pleased with the care Dr. Justus Philip at Texas Colon & Rectal Specialist provided for my daughter. His staff was very courteous to our family as well. I am so thankful that he was the doctor on duty that day to perform my daughter surgery we are forever grateful. Lemon and Montgomery family!!!
