Had a facial scheduled for 1pm, in the 45 minutes I waited I saw an elderly woman come in for her appointment only to be told she would have to wait. She had a dr's appointment soon after and was confused as to why she made an appointment if they don't go by them. Another man walked out. I left after sitting there for 45 minutes and didn't even get an apology.
