I truly never give bad ratings on services but given that despite numerous attempts to contact them with polite emails, texts and phone calls to address concerns with Brenda Books, this is my only recourse. Please do not place your safety in their limo driver's hands. Our driver drove at high speeds through Houston's busy highway and street traffic going in excess of 85 mph and passing at least one red light carrying 8 of our 15-year-old passengers. Philip was the BEST driver ever! He was so kind, understanding, and adjusted the plans as needed. He kept the entire group of 20 happy. We had the best time. The party bus was so clean and nice, everyone’s expectations were far exceeded. I cannot wait to rent agai.

Limo arrived almost 30 minutes late. I had to call restaurant to move our reservations later. Air conditioner did not work for half of the trip….and it was a hot day, people were sweating. Driver was very nice. No discount offered for tardiness…would not use again
