Jeff and Tarra's crews are top-notch. We've been using them for 9 years now, and the service has been perfect, and reasonably priced, every time. A couple of years ago, our system broke down on a Thursday at 2pm, in the Houston August heat. After a quick call, Bryan, one of their techs, was here two hours later to diagnose the problem, which unfortunately involved a bad compressor unit, to be replaced.
