We moved to Texas Clear Pools after a bad experience with a previous service, and never looked back. We’ve been with them for about two years now, and they’re always communicative, they show up every week, they let you know when there is a potential problem and offer multiple options for resolution in order to help my budget. Bryan spent a lot of time helping me understand the system today while he diagnosed a filter issue. We really appreciate the friendly and professional service.
We had a pool that needed dire repairs on its control panel as everything shut down. We were worried about a $5k bill which we couldn't handle but then we met with Jon and his business here and they gave a super affordable quote at about half of what we expected which was very fair and installed it only a few days later after order. I have immense trust in these guys and really want folks to understand that these guys represent good business A+. Its good priced, good owners/managers, super professional, Always gonna hire.
After trouble finding a quality pool service company I was lucky enough to find Texas Clear Pools several years ago. Everyone with the company goes above and beyond, are courteous, and hard working. Excellent service at a great price. Thanks for the help you’ve given with my pool.
While they do a good job of cleaning the pool and maintenance when they show up. They are not a reliable or reputable company in my opinion. Too many times, I have been sent a message that my pool was serviced when in fact it was not. The person never even showed up at my property. They try to make excuses for the worker and not respecting the word of the customer. I take care of my cleaners with TIPS above the cost of cleaning.
