Ryan came to my house and diagnosed and repaired the faulty piece on my unit quickly and efficiently. His diagnostic was far more thorough and in depth than Baker Bros who I’ve used in the past. He also was able to come out same day. Much appreciated and I will definitely use this company going forward
Set appointment initially for Wednesday morning from 6am-11am. By 11:30, I called to find out where the technician was and was informed that it would be late afternoon before they arrived. I never received an update and time is money. I expected more professionalism from Texas Choice. Thankfully I cancelled the appointment. Had another company come out right away and right on time. I rarely leave negative reviews. Gave 2 stars for the polite receptionist that was obviously had to apologize on their behalf.
