What I don't understand is the multiple ultrasounds he wants to do.. the office staff is RUDE.. We had an appt at 130... My kids get home from school at 4.. It was 420 and we still had not been seen.. My husband walked out.. The RUDE receptionist said well we have other patients.. Those patients.. Came in after us and had only been waiting about 20 mins. He prescribed a medicine that was suppose to go for my son to my husband.. And the last i want to say is i have hell trying to get my husbands meds refilled.. Meds that are ... read more
Totally inefficient! Front office staff rude. Great doc though.
Dr. Doan has been my family doctor for a number of years, the wait times do wear on you but its worth the wait, cant say enough good things about him.
Make an appointment. The wait times are improving! Dr. Doan also has a new text message program implemented. As for the quality of care. I trust Dr. Doan as he is our Primary care physician for my 7 year old daughter and myself. He listens. He's open. Pleasant. Top notch Dr. Family oriented, and good with all age range of patient. He is truly a gift to our community . I feel very fortunate to find such an competent and down to earth physician.
Worst Office Ever if you like waiting for 2-4 hours to get seen Go to this doctor . They keep that front window closed ? He is vary Quick so you would think he would be getting through his patients faster but No. I heard him argue with a patient yesterday for 30 mins about how he was not going to give her amoxicillin. Really Doctors Jobs are to heal People not like she wanted Pain killers ! So Please go find a better office Find a caring Dr that Treats the patients right No one and I mean NO one deserves this .
