The wait time was terrible!! When I first arrived there was one family in front of me. We sat in the front for about 30-40 minutes. We get called back and put into a room just to wait for almost 2 hours. Completely ridiculous considering people were just sitting around talking. We won’t be back. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the provider was very nice and thorough.
I have always only trusted Texas Children’s for my daughter because she was in their NICU here. I came to the urgent care because my daughter has a severe black eye. I checked in at 10:30am and at 2:45pm we were still waiting. She is a toddler so 4 hours of waiting is not ideal. We ended up leaving because when I asked how much longer it would take, they said “I dont know” I don’t trust them anymore. Do not come to this urgent care.
Mi hija tiene una condicion especial y cada vez que he tenido que llevarla(muchas veces desde que abrio la clinica), no la hacen esperar nada, de inmediato la pasan. Yo e visto que les dan prioridad a los niños mas graves como mi hija. Ella tiene problemas cardíacos y epilepsia. Siento mucho por los demas niños. Gracias por su servicio!
The wait time here is absolutely ridiculous! I waited for three hours to enter the room and then more then an hour just to see the doctor. Every time I asked when our turn would come, I was told we were next. I would strongly advise against coming here and suggest going somewhere else.
Been here twice and both times they have been SLOOOOOOOOOW as freakin snails. Need to find a new urgent care cause this is ridiculous.
