Really Quick to bill you , but will take a lifetime to see a patient in an urgent need . Staff chattering it up the whole time waiting in the receptionist area.
We love this urgent care location and Texas children's. Super convenient, friendly staff, quick and thorough. We’ve had to come here a few times within the last year and each time we receive quality care. Love the fact you can ‘save a spot’. We hope to continue coming here for years to come.
UPDATE: I came back to this urgent care 8 months later and still the wait to see a provider is absurd even with an appointment. Appt time at 11:40am it is now 1pm and we are still waiting to see a provider. Absolutely ridiculous. I 1000% don't recommend. Scheduled a spot for my daughter and I arrived a few minutes early. I was told that we would be roomed right away but the doctor would take 2-2.5 hours to come into the room to see her.
