Told me to come a hour and 30 min early I get there early for my daughter to see ophthalmology specialist didn’t fill out any paperwork as stated on the phone and waited two hours not to be seen due to having a 11 month old who at this point started getting irritated for sitting so long, this place just need to learn better communication.

Dr's for ophthalmology are pleasant, however good luck getting a straight answer on what your cost is actually going to be. I made an appointment months in advance and was told it would be $50. I then get an estimate TWO DAYS before the appointment and it was for $150. Then a week later I get a bill for $210 JUST FOR AN EXAM. If Texas childrens can't even give an accurate number in a timely manner how am I supposed to trust my kid to them?

The Dr's have been ok. However the billing department is terrible. The endocrinology department rents office space from the hospital and now the hospital is doing billing for them. My child sees specialist there that has to be scheduled months in advance. The hospital charged me for a office visit and as if my child went to the ER for his regular specialist visit. So instead of paying just a office visit copay like I have for the last 8 years, I have to pay a ER copay and hospital charges that included a hospital observation... read more

Worst experience my wife and ever had, doctors were the worst , would not wish my worst enemy to have their children there.

I was late to Appointment and got caught on that horrible traffic on 1314 and 242 I was there exactly at 8:15 at the front desk and they refused to see me and reschedule my appointment. My appointment was at 8 am I think is unfair my child missed school and could even get a dr excused.
