Hello, I am writing to formally express our concern regarding our recent experience with the Eagle Spring office. We initially had an appointment scheduled with our original doctor; however, due to their absence from the office, we were referred to the Eagle Spring location instead. The office called at 1:55 PM and cancelled my appointment scheduled for 2:45 PM (not due to any fault of mine).

Had an appointment for 0745. 3 minutes before arrival, my son vomited (from motion sickness) in my car and was covered. I pulled up to the building at 0750. The lights were off and no one was at the front desk. The sign on the door said “M-F 8a-5p”. So, seeing that it wasn’t open yet, I cleaned up my son. Once the lights came on, I walked in.
