Sadly our visit here was met with rudeness once we hit the 9th floor and came across Calvin the security guard. We were greeted with “(loud sigh)is EVERYONE here to visit?” “Yes”, I replied. Calvin :” Does everyone have their ID?” Looking over my children, Clearly referring to a child (4) in a stroller a 10 year old, 13 year old and 17 year old… Me: “I do, they’re kids” Calvin,” Kids aren’t allowed on this floor.” I send my 17 year old son down to watch the others and he then says an adult has to sit with them per TXCH polic... read more
Dr. Shultz has been my OB/GYN since I was 17 years old and has delivered all five of my children. Through every pregnancy and four C-sections, he has been patient, kind, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. Years ago, when I was unsure about my future family plans, he told me not to let anyone guilt me into having fewer children than I wanted. Those words stayed with me. Fourteen years later, I am still grateful for his care and support. I cannot recommend him enough.
Excellent care from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and professional, from the security staff and front office team to the nurses and physicians. Dr. Ortique is an amazing obstetrician. Since I had never undergone surgery before, I was naturally nervous about my scheduled C-section. However, I received thorough instructions and compassionate care from every nurse, physician, and provider involved in my treatment. I am satisfied with the care I received I would especially describe Dr.Paola Torres as beyond patient, attentive and empathetic despite my nerves/cowardince she made me feel comfortable during my visit and was very thorough in her examination I would certainly request her again for my next well women's visit!
