I am never going to come here . They should Name this as slow care center instead of emergency room. I don’t know they even know to work in an emergency center. My 2 month old had fever . I waited for 4 hours to just start his lab work and tests. This is ultimate bizarre . If you love your kids avoid going here. It’s waste of time. What a shame on this ER as being part of TEXAS CHILDREN HOSPITAL!!!! I have never had a single good experience when taking my sicks kids here. The latest one was taking my toddler with high fever, difficulty breathing and they only monitored him for hours!!!! It turned out that I had to end up taking him to the Memorial hospital to finally get good attention and care. The worst ER in this area

Everything went great for my daughter, the hospital is truly a miracle worker with a kind and capable therapist.

Worst experience I ever had, my 18 month old baby had pain and his with feet swelling and he cant walk or standing on his feet and he crying too much, I was checking in 8:15 pm and after two hours they never visit my baby.they visit all of the patient who arrived after us but never care about my 18 month baby even they saw he crying too much for pain After two hours, Im left the hospital because they didn't care about the patient. 18 month old baby can't be patient for a long time with pain!

The most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFRIENDLY, UNKIND staff that you’ll ever meet. The Nurses have ATTITUDES, and they seemed like they don’t know what they’re doing?!!! That was the most horrible thing that happened to us going to this ER was a HORRIBLE experience. My 6 years old daughter fall down , hits her head and had a HUGE DEEP cut in her forehead head.
