4 hours here and we are told they don’t have the tools needed so there’s nothing they can do. This was after we went to urgent care and they sent us here. What a joke!

This place is everything but an emergency center, check in takes an hour, then they take you to a room and keep you waiting for the ER doctor for another hour, then after the doctor comes he orders you medicine which takes another 2 hours, the ER staff close the curtains on your room door so you don't see them playing with their phones, if you complain they frown at you and try to keep you on leash, bad experience over all, we didn't feel we were in an emergency room, the worse is the bills you will get later, I will never b... read more
