Waited 4 hours and my son never saw a doctor. We ended up leaving. Nobody could tell us how much longer it would be. Very disorganized.
This place is worse emergency in town so much bad reviews and they still not resolve any of that problems very rude front desk doctors are they very slow fill like you in usps office worst customer service worst experience I ever had waited 4 hours with 3 y old baby and pregnant wife very unprofessional peoples in this place they don’t work they don’t do they work at all I don’t understand so many complaints and fills like they working for free here
The service is terrible; they kept us waiting for nearly two hours just to attend to us. Absolutely awful service.
My daughter had a really bad fever and when we came here the nurses were nice but when we started to wait for the doctor we waited 3 hours, my daughter was crying because her stomach was hurting. Staff came and we asked them where is the doctor they said they will ask but no one came to help. Worst place I've been to.
