I brought my grandson in after he slipped on a wet floor and sustained a deep head injury — the gash was over an inch long and bleeding. We arrived at urgent care at 10:14, but due to the severity, we were directed to the ER. From there, we sat in the waiting room for more than two hours while his head was still open and bleeding. I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this children’s hospital ER. My son recently had a high fever that wouldn’t go down, reaching 104.9°F, so we ended up at this ER to see what was going on. He currently gets his treatment done at this hospital, and we have had good experiences with the staff, so I didn’t expect the ER department to be this bad. This is the worst place! The staff is horrible! U will be waiting here for a ridiculous amount of time! No one will give you an update. For an emergency room nothing is emergent here at all! If ever there is an emergency i will never bring my child here again!

2 visits totaling about 17 hours together and still no answers on what's going on with my little one.... Only ran a couple of tests during that time and gave no help. It took asking for a patient advocate to even get any type of answer. If you have an emergency I definitely don't recommend here.
