Worst experience ever. No sense of urgency for anything.
My son was transported by ambulance from our home due to an allergic reaction. We arrived at THC only to be put in the lobby for several hours at 1am. Took over 1 hr just to be told there were registration docs to sign in my-chart to sign. Unacceptable. Poor Communication.
