Single parent with husband deployed. My son needs an xray. I can't get away with NOT bringing my younger child.... Be aware when you walk in the front for screening on the second floor they will tell you to go leave your infant child in the parking garage alone in the car because it's only one parent one child. the most illegal advice I had ever heard from a hospital. I don't even leave my dogs in a car, why would I leave my child in a parking garage in the middle of the winter, alone?????? this hospital is breaking the law ... read more

RecommendedService was amazing, we had to take my son on a monday evening at 730pm (out by 10pm) for falling and hitting his head. We were seen pretty quickly, the nurses and doctor he saw were truely amazing. They listened to us, provided us with respect, were so friendly answered all my questions, and sent us home with proper instructions. All I can say about Dr. Kushare and his whole team is they are Awesome!!! They made me feel so at easy with my son out patient knee surgery! Always keep me updated with his progress, so I was not to worried about him!! Everything went great!! God bless each and every one of you hard working doctors and nurses ❤️

The best care for my son during his emergency appendix surgery! All the staff and not just the nurses. From check in to discharge this hospital was the best given the circumstance. If you have a choice-please choose them. The nursing staff is hands down the best.

We recently took our 5 year old to Texas Children’s Hospital to get an X-ray. Big mistake. The hospital charged us over $2200.00 just for the hospital visit. He sat on a bed in a room for an hour waiting for the doctor to view an X-ray of his abdomen. My husband had a catscan and IV at the hospital for less than half of what Texas Children’s charged just to enter the facility!! Do not use this hospital. They charge way too much.

Securities and sheriff deputies escorted me out of the hospital because Mom and Dad couldn’t be with baby at the same time. They’ve lied to me and I feel betrayed by most staff. Security Fernando Betran, Nurse Manager Amanda are some of the most cold hearted people. They get intimidated by me because I speak more firmly that most parents. My son had his leg almost amputated due to a surgeon making a mistake.
