Horrible! Dr Mysore promised she would help my daughter. My daughter has fatty liver and high cholesterol . I verified with staff that Dr Mysore treated these conditions. I live 500 miles away and had to travel to see her. Dr Mysore saw my daughter and told me she would confer with pharmacy on proper medication. Next thing I knew she texted me to give my daughter vitamin D. I texted back and questioned the cholesterol. Crickets. I have been trying to schedule an initial appointment for my daughter for 3 months. I was finally successful but received a call today April 26, 2024 that they were canceling the appointment and would contact me next week to reschedule. They gave no reason for the cancelation. Also, I was told that next available will be in Sept. (5 months later). During this time my child has been in pain daily. I can only imagine what it would be like if my child were a patient finally. Decided to leave review because these people do not answer the phone. It's PATHETIC and people need to be held accountable for the lack of management in their staff in never answering the phone.

I have a child who was referred to Texas children's GI by the pediatrician. All referral paperwork was sent along with labs. I have called 4 times to make an appointment and have been on the phone for over 1 hour each time. They have refused to schedule an appointment for an initial visit for various ridiculous reasons. I am a physician myself. I certainly won't be referring any patients to them if that is how they treat patients and family.
