En realidad me parece que deberían ser mas considerados con las personas que van con los niños ya que mi experiencia es que todo el dia aguante ambre ahi y mi bebe también y los doctores y enfermeros bien relajados nombre se supone que es un hospital donde deben atender rápido para que uno no tenga que pasar eso
First the wait time in the emergency room is horrible. The waiting area is disgusting when was the last time the carpet was cleaned. It's like the staff calls one person every hour I don't know why we even choose to come to this emergency room. Got here around 6pm and it's 1:43am still haven't seen anyone for my child. Her provider wanted us to bring her here next time we will go somewhere else.
I brought my 20-month-old daughter to this ER for a facial cut and we waited 4.5 hours. A resident, clearly using wound glue for the first time, was allowed to treat her while the attending only gave instructions. It felt like my child was being used for training instead of receiving proper care. Less than 48 hours later, the wound became infected. Esperar tanto aún que vean que los niños están con mucho dolor ellos les importa poco como que si ellos no tuvieran hijos. Qué decepción.
I have always been a patient of TCH specially for women. We went to the urgent care and they sent us to a pediatric ER because we haven’t had any wet diapers therefore they could not take a urine sample. We waited for more than 3 hours they only took her vitals and gave us Tylenol. I guess this hospital is famous for extremely serious cases and the ones that are giving the reviews one star are lucky enough to have not experienced the amazing care for the pediatric departments.
