The Starbucks is disgusting and very bad and the people act the doctor office is are nice but the coffee is so bad
We are giving 5 stars because the nurses and doctors are amazing. The front desk person at emergency how ever managed to accidentally put down my husbands name instead of our sons name for our insurance when checking him. Nothing was going under our son’s name for the deductible. My husband reached he’s deductible and not our son so when we should of been getting discount for our son we were not because they put it under my husband even though he’s hospital band and medication had our sons name on it. We got there at 11am and it was fast and not busy. It only took 1 hour max and that's it. What too forever were the discharge papers, but thanks to offering my kiddos snacks it kept them occupied.
Nurses in ER once checked in are rude and need better training.
