I want to share with you the fact that I experienced Texas Children's Health Plan. My children got approval for The Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) effective on May 1st, 2025. On May 1st, 2026, HHSC (211) cut my children's CHIPs due to failing to renew. I called Texas Children's Health Plan to complain about why they did not inform me to renew my children's CHIP with 211. Ride share is completely unprofessional they are supposed to be there within a hour had my daughter waiting over 2 hours for a ride home would not even let us change drivers while she is waiting with children worst experience ever would not recommend to anyone do better for a job you get paid to do.
