I paid Christian $4500 plus $1000 installation for a filtration system that never worked and actually caused more problems. I had asked for a water softener so it wasn’t what I wanted in the first place. I asked him to remove but he blamed the problem on the freeze which happened after the system caused problems. When I bypassed the system, my water was fine. I am out over $5k and he refused to comp me anything.
