Have no issues with the Doctors or Nurses or the treatment at this location. But they have had alot of issues with their scheduling and the billing. Continuously they are misquoting pricing and over charging. Every time I challenge the charges they get clarification from their billing group and either have to refund or change what is owed. I have been going to them for months and every visit have had billing issues. I know I'm not the only one as you can hear multiple people challenging the costs being charged. Just beware o... read more

BEWARE: Real horror story here, while the doctors here may very well be OK my issue was with Breanna, Dr Waters admin. She scheduled my MRI with a facility that doesn't accept my insurance not once but TWICE causing me to loose precious time receiving diagnosis and treatment. Evidently she is above calling my insurance company to find a facility that works with my insurance. I don't know why people like this are in even in health care because OBVIOUSLY she doesn't care about my health enough to make a call. All the other pla... read more

This center decided to refer me out to another urologist days before my scheduled surgery with no explanation. I had to ask why! When I was told the stone I had was too large they didn't even schedule another appointment to go over the scan to show me why. They wanted me to schedule a more complicated procedure without any documentation of why. This place may work for other with simple kidney stones but I think they decide to take on cases according to preference rather than the need of the patient.

Dr. Waters and his staff are fantastic. I’ve never felt like a Dr and his staff listened to what we wanted and needed like this office. My mom has been going to an office and her hometown for years and in less than two years Dr. Waters has improved her case dramatically just by listening and asking questions and giving us time during our appointments to figure out what’s really going on.

If you're a veteran and get an outpatient referral here call the VA and get another referral, they are charging veterans 160$ for a "take home bag" that they say the VA won't cover. What they are failing to mention is that there should be ZERO cost to the veteran instead these people are trying to scam veterans out of 160$ even though every single outpatient referral is at no cost to the veteran. If you are a veteran make sure to turn these people in so they can get taken off of VA referrals.
