Awful. They canceled my husbands appointment day of due to no medical records, fine I called back to ask if he went and got imaging done this morning could he still be seen trying to work with their needs and still get my husband seen for a hernia that’s gotten bad and I was told “we don’t want to waste the specialists time” what?! Patients needs are a waste of time here apparently. Do better
Absolutely horrible experience. I have never encountered a physician as unprofessional and lacking in compassion as Dr. Waters. My boyfriend, a Veteran, has been suffering from a debilitating urological condition for over three months. He has been in and out of emergency rooms and multiple medical appointments trying to find answers. He arrived for a sensitive procedure already experiencing significant anxiety.
