I called four times in a row, trying to make an appointment, only to have the operator to hang up on me each time. I do not care what kind of day you’re having, it should not be taken out on someone trying to get medical attention!! I swear...if their doctor’s service is as good as their counter staff’s I feel very sorry for their patients. Worst service I’ve EVER had at a medical facility!!

Dr. Bindal and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. I put off going to a surgeon for a year or so, out of fear. I was referred to Dr. Bindal by my PCP and from the very first visit, Dr. Bindal and his staff made me feel like at ease. I would rate his entire staff 5 stars. I had a cervical disc replaced yesterday and feel better relief already. Not only is Dr. Bindal an amazing Surgeon, he honestly cares about his patients and it shows.
