Absolutely wonderful staff and doctors across the board. Doctor Mangona was informative and accessible, answered every question and went above and beyond,, the support staff worked with my insurance and got me in in record time, and everyone else was an absolute delight to work with and accommodated my every need. I've never had such a wonderful experience at a medical facility. I think other hospitals and facilities should come here and take notes on how to care for and accommodate patients.
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to properly give this place its flowers for taking such good care of me, from Dr. Sturgeon to the nurses, techs, my front desk ladies, and every staff I came in contact with. Know that you are so deeply loved and appreciated. Myself and my 2 year old neuro oncologist and reached out to this facility to get my child in for proton radiation treatment and we have not had an email or phone call returned.
Our first appt and the front desk greeted us so well and nicely! The receptionist very welcoming and helpful.
Took my mother for her MRI appointment today and she had an experience that no 84 year old should have. Her right arm and shoulder were being pinched in the MRI machine she was placed in and she had to scream for help. The technician working on her case along with an assistant came running to check on her and was able to stop the procedure before any more damage could be done.
