Honestly I went here over a year ago and the lady neglected to tell me they were out of network. Even though I asked if they took my insurance, she then said yes so we proceeded with JUST X-RAYS. please tell me how when I left I HAD to pay $400+ and now I have debt collectors calling me saying I owe almost $300!?!? PLEASE RIDDLE ME WHAT ONE X-RAY COSTS $700.Honestly don’t go here. Literally anywhere else was better for this.

I had an outstanding experience at this oral surgeon’s office! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, and every team member I interacted with made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The surgeon was fantastic—knowledgeable, reassuring, and clearly very skilled. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick and completely pain-free. The nurse who administered anesthesia had some of the easiest hands I've seen, not a bruise one on injection site. Now to Doctor Bow... read more

Had a surgery scheduled for over a month and a week before the date the office calls to tell us another patient’s surgery is more important and they did not want to do two surgeries in one day.

I went to Dr Bowles for a tooth problem. I noticed he had gone to school at Texas Tech. My mother had been having some health issues and 2 different pulmonologists said there findings were inconclusive. I talked to Dr Bowles about our problem. He felt they should have more answers and why did they want to try again. I asked if it was him or someone in his family where would he go? His answer surprised me, If it is cancer, M.D.Anderson or a lung issues UT Southwestern. I asked why? His answer was, they are the best at what th... read more
