I had my initial appointment on 10/3. I was placed on HRT. I asked for my prescriptions to be sent to the VA. It took an act of congress to get them finally sent to a local pharmacy. After receiving my medications, I have been given conflicting information, and I have reached out to the office probably 20 times. and left messages for the nursing staff. No call back. The VA has even stepped in to retrieve my prescriptions without any luck. I have a message I sent on the online portal from 11/8/24 that is still unanswer... read more
