Horrible experience with them. Didn’t give us any information on our headlight, did not call to keep us informed, and said they didn’t get an error on the dash that we received the second we started the car when picking it up. Do not bring your car here.
They charge 200 for an oil change when asked if they can check my coolant level mechanic say they couldn't don't understand if you are doing an oil change can you just check levels too ? Staff not helpful at all would not recommend this service go somewhere else
shady company, unethical business practices. I was in there looking for a vehicle and there's a dog running around barking like crazy and even takes a dump on the showroom floor. kids riding bikes inside, just an unprofessional environment. they tag on additional costs of $2500 for "reconditioning" fees and nothing was even done to the vehicle before being sold. make a lot of promises and then backtrack. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Lynn was an amazing service provider!! She was very knowledgeable, efficient, and super sweet. I will definitely be back in the future for my car's needs
