Absolutely love these bags and the owners are so nice!!! I just got a new bag today that's just beautiful!!! I purchased a bag years ago and has held up amazingly for years and I still love it they even gave me replacement straps for it!!! Talk about customer service!!! I will never purchase a bag anywhere else ever!! You definitely get what you pay for and I always get compliments on mine can't wait to use my new cross body eeekkk thank you for great customer service and a great product!!!!
