I think the experience was very easy, the staff was very polite and thorough with my exam. And Dr. Neil Phung was very detailed and explained everything to me with care and concern. I felt listened to and felt that everyone did their best to make sure that I was healthy and well. I would return again. Service no good a rude. I hated it. Sorry made me so mad we’re working hard to get a good service but this is not right.
The front desk is so rude, the Vietnamese lady is so rude too!! I ask her to translate for me, the doctor instructions tell me which medicine to use she told me to go search it on google. Im not sure why shes there if she’s Vietnamese.. the doctor need to explain how to use the medicine but they don’t want to explain and help me that the nurse that worked with me, she’s also super disrespectful. I do not recommend this place.
