I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated at this clinic. I came expecting kindness, professionalism, and respect, but instead I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude from the staff. As a woman who wears a hijab, I left feeling that I was treated differently because of my appearance. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic today. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply being there. Unfortunately, the doctor was no better. They were rushed, dismissive of my concerns, and showed very little compassion or professionalism. I left feeling unheard and disrespected rather than cared for. Worst cardiologist in DFW , need his license taken! Tried to give me extra medication when two other doctors said i didnt need it, got me taking tons of medication when my blood work was normal, very bad doctor(Neil Phung ) please stay away from here if u can because u will be taking way more medication than normal, doctor never tells u anything positive everything is bad, my blood work was negative and he still says i need extra medication, STAY AWAY IM WARNING YOU! I think the experience was very easy, the staff was very polite and thorough with my exam. And Dr. Neil Phung was very detailed and explained everything to me with care and concern. I felt listened to and felt that everyone did their best to make sure that I was healthy and well. I would return again. I got the appointment easily and it was a straight forward process from start to finish unlike other offices that have you waiting forever.
