Dr K is absolutely wonderful and his Nurse is sweet and very caring. His office staff on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. It took a quite a while to get in to see the Doctor they kept trying to send me elsewhere. Then whenever we finally got in to see him the receptionist was rude and not very professional. When we arrived the receptionist answered a call , placed it on hold , picked up her phone and texted. Then went back to the caller and then asked if she could help them.. I have been going to Dr. T for about 3 or 4 yrs and they are taking very good care of my heart. He listens to my concerns and addresses them which is so important these days when doctors seem to rush you in and out. Dr. T has a very caring staff especially Becky who also takes the time to listen to what your saying and helps your appt to go smoothly. I would recommend Dr. Thambidorai's practice to anyone with heart problems as he is the Best!!
Today I got to see Dr. T as requested! He has great communication skills, a wonderful bedside manner with respect, patience, direct, & listens. Glad I found him when searching for an EP.
