Doctors such as Francisco Gonzalez are great, unfortunately the office is becoming more and more of an assembly line type atmosphere. Office staff when you have questions will say they will call you back and never do, when nurses assistant says they will contact you they never do. And there are many times where an appointment has been made to see the doctor and the doctor is not even there when I show up for my appointment this has happened many times. It’s too bad the worst review is one star. I have a pacemaker. Yesterday I supposedly had an appointment for a checkup at 10:15am. They sent me a reminder at 2pm. That happened 2-3 times over the last 2 years. Funny, since records were transferred and I’ve been seeing another doctor 50 miles away. Once I was notified that had an appointment at 6am the night before. I don’t know what kind of scam they’re trying to pull but this idiocy is not appropriate or appreciated.
