Today was my first day ever to try Texas Carwash. My car was a total mess. I hadn’t had time to clean it in a very long time and I lived out in the Country at the end of a dirt rd. If I could give a zero for this lousy company, I would. After and 1 and half wait for an oil change and car wash, my car was brought out on a flat tire. I did not have a flat before arriving and my tire was not even low. However, after they drove through the parking lot from where you get oil change service to the car wash across the lot, it got a nail in it. The owner who I asked to speak to after an argument with one of the unprofessional managers, stated that "I'm not in the business of fixing tires." They would not take ... read more
The workers are lazy and try to talk u out in getting some services for the car. Sloppy work in oil change, did not put the mileage sticker for next oil change. Couldn't be bothered attitude.

Don't go!! What is the world happened to Texas Car Wash Co?? Used to be great, and now, customers pay for services that never happen! Went into the oil change knowing the pressure in one of my tires was low. Tire checks are routine of the so-called 22 point inspection that comes as part of the oil change, and is listed on my reciept. I also upgraded my wash so white marks on my black leather seats would be removed, and they would get the conditioner. If you want to go where everyone knows name then this is the place to go. I always get exceptional service and a discount for being a member of the eclub which is free. Even though I live in Cypress but no other place feels like the Hill Country like this place does. Plus, I get free WI-FI my kids love this place.
