Horrible customer service from Arshia and Kirk. Rude and overall unprofessional throughout the entire experience. Arshia insisted on only calling me "bruh" and "brotha" , and Kirk literally cut me off from speaking so much that it took a solid 10 minutes to have a convo that could've been less than a minute. Also, Arshia made sure not to mention the downpayment amount I was approved for was $2500 less than what he told me. Do not work with these people.
