Getting Scam calls from this bank. Be careful !
I don’t like that If you are not a customer and go directly to their bank to cash a check given by one of their costumers they charge you a fee to cash it, I think I this is very unfair.
I’ve never banked at a bank with lack of technology as basic as logging into my account online has been a problem. After many weeks of attempting I still cannot reset or retrieve my password. Your staff keeps saying the company is undergoing technological enhancements but this has been a couple of years now when can I access my account online without having to drive in because I also work bank hours.
