Everything started great with TCB. A few years ago, I found they had one of the best rates with their High Yield Savings, so I parked some cash there. I later opened a free checking account for no-fuss purchasing with my check card. I would make deposits to my savings and transfer to checking as needed. Do not bank with this bank, they are deceptive and very dishonest. They cheat their customers daily. They change your rate without telling you they promise alot and deliver nothing. The bank is congested with poor Managment teams and no one knows what they are even doing and people are only there for the vacation days
This is the worst bank ever. They will promise you everything and deliver you nothing. They could care less about you, all they care about is their next holiday or vacation day. THe bank is riddled with horrible managers bad management and fraudsters.
