They said i was gonna get my refund i sent them the paperwork before Thanksgiving now its mid of December and still nothing I just want my money back last week the rep told me i never sent anything to him even do I have proof I did and on the 8th of December said I should get my money by 48 or so hours well now its the 12th and nothing. We are currently still working through some homes repairs, Chris, Emanuel and Johnathan were knowledgeable and very helpful.
I had originally given them 5 stars right after purchase. The purchasing was fine BUT .... once it's on your property you can almost forget getting good service. We purchased the house OVER A YEAR ago and the work is still not complete. The skirt that goes around the house is still missing a huge piece. The a/c register was never even cut out which caused the a/c unit to go out with in 8 months. The door and frame were dry rotted and as many times as we've communicated this (over 15 times) it is still not completed!!! One of... read more
