I had originally given them 5 stars right after purchase. The purchasing was fine BUT .... once it's on your property you can almost forget getting good service. We purchased the house OVER A YEAR ago and the work is still not complete. The skirt that goes around the house is still missing a huge piece. The a/c register was never even cut out which caused the a/c unit to go out with in 8 months.
