Nick and cliff please reach out to me or answer my emails i still haven't been paid money owed to me i sent the documentation and im being ignored. I dint want to leave in bad terms but i have emails that compromise you guys.
Well where do I start with these guys. I was an electrical subcontractor for them for about 6 months. It started off decent and it looked promising. Once we started sending invoices they only payed a portion of them and tried paying us like a day laborer crew. After telling them that’s not what we are or how we operate, they stated that they would be paying net15. Invoices then started being 40, 50 plus days past due. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They do not pay their subs.we are being forced to place a lien on a property we were subs on and start legal proceedings. They took 400k of the building owners money and won’t finish the job. Looks like this isn’t the first time this company has done this and then closed its doors only to pop up as a new company. I suggest using a reputable builder.
