I recently had an issue with my new 14 ft tandem axle trailer while traveling the interstate. This was its first trip since purchase and both locking pins to the ramp came out and the ramp fell to the highway. It drug for a short distance before I noticed it. I have messaged Texasbragg without response. This is a definite problem and could have resulted in much more damage. So I would suggest replacing those style pins with something more secure for safety
