I was sent here for orthotics due to an injury and admittedly was hesitant after seeing the all negative reviews. Since this was where my provider sent my prescription, I went on in to get my knee brace and crutches and my experience was great. The ladies there were super nice and helpful. I did see that most of the issues posted were regarding the billing practices so, I’ll certainly be on the lookout for that.

If I could give a zero, I would not hesitate. My daughter was supposed to have a machine immediately following a surgery and it never showed up. I called the next morning and the office was completely incompetent. No one took responsibility for the mistake and got inconsistent answers, especially with the manager of the office. I cannot believe any surgeon would use this company because it is a horrible reflection on any doctor’s practice.

I am shocked at the discrepancy between my experience and the reviews. I found Texas Brace Systems to be very easy to work with. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Office staff was friendly and efficient and they made our experience sooo easy! I highly recommend!
