I recently fell on my left shoulder slipping on frozen ice. As a new patient with Med park orthopedics my experience was impressive. Thorough exam and personnel were friendly courteous and helpful. Thank you.
Dr. Rhiel is a good surgeon. He has residents who are compassionate and eager to learn. Those are the only things I liked about this practice. Half of the front desk needs to be trained on etiquette. Amanda is either naturally rude or always in a bad mood. Bedside manner isn't great from anyone. The residents were actually the best which is odd because you would think they have the least experience. The PA on duty was very nice& thorough with everything that I needed to do& what they were doing to help with my recovery.They were very busy,so had to wait a little longer than I wanted since I couldn't get comfortable with broken bones.Overall everyone was professional& very friendly!
