They are just great at taking care of everything. As far as being a first time patient the process for the paperwork does take far too long for paperwork that should already be available from the hospital that is going to be doing the discharge and referral to this office. Just thought that it's the surgery office that had the info for doing this surgery so why in today's age then why did I have to repeat it all again? As far as the staff that was perfect. Absolutely loved going to TBJ-North Houston. I have been a patient of Dr. Garcia for over a year and he has really helped me with the treatment of osteoarthritis. He is very well informed, knowledgeable, and has a fantastic bedside manner. Ladies, he is very handsome too! Seriously though, he has really helped me a lot. I was in a lot of pain and he treated me and also recommended exercises that would help. Now I can go back to the gym.
100/100 For the past 12 years I’ve suffered in silence with so much pain..& I had to put my life on hold , not being able to sit, walk, or lay down for long periods of time .. I came across Dr.Goodwyn & Dr. Tanner and I couldn’t be more greatfull! From my first appointment to the day of my surgery it was everything , these doctors were amazing! May God Continue to bless them today & always! Very kind & very professional.

The front desk lady Desiree Ortiz is very uncaring and unrealistic with patient check in they ask you to be thirty minutes early to fill out first time patient forms that take ten minutes to fill out and if your fifteen minutes late to your earlier than set appointment you will be rescheduled even if you are in the building I get there this time early like asked 1026 am for my 1100 am check in and I wasn’t even seen till 1130 I had to wait a whole extra week for care for a broken leg and patella
