TBC is still sitting out 'no helmet laws' for cyclists I put lot of sweat equity into TBC from '94 to '98. I donated computer equipment, my time in the office, folding newsletters and suing Bruce Todd and the city for the '96 b@!%!**t. I spoke at council meeting almost every two weeks over the lack of bike safety in Austin. I also included the non-response or arrest the cops showed toward cyclists.
