Im editing this review after learning that the so-called 'warranty' at this business is absolutely a lie. I'm almost 6k into this shop for multiple repairs, a month after some questionable work was done ,(an entire AC system was replaced that was working when the vehicle went INTO the shop, but mysteriously died while there), the SAME check engine code came on the vehicle that was verified at autozone, brought it in for the 'warranty' repair... kept it for over a week, SAID they replaced it... drove out, same problem in 4 da... read more
I called to see if they could change a battery, he said come on by well get it done right away. I spoke with john a couple times due to scheduling issues on my part and he was very polite and accommodating.. i called this afternoon and he said come on by. Started on it right away.
We have been taking my minivan to John for almost two years now and him and his team are so friendly. They provide detailed explanations and what seems to me a great price. The best part is the quick service. Taking your car to the dealership and they will keep up for days or even months not John he will have it ready in hours or max a day or two! Highly recommend them!!
